3. Enrollment and Payments

  • Program Enrollment: Enrollment in our programs is confirmed only upon completion of registration and receipt of payment.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.

  • Pricing: We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made 14 days or more before a program start date receive a [full refund] minus any non-refundable deposits. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation by Pilco Global: If we cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, program designs, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of Pilco Global. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Pilco Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
